Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you receive your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you have ordered a bespoke jacket, or made custom alterations to any jacket, please note these are non-returnable.
If you have ordered an item from our outlet or a sample, these are also non-returnable.
Shipping your return - UK
To request a return, please visit our Returns Centre to notify our team your jacket is on its way back to us either for exchange or refund Return your order - blakehedley (returnscenter.com)
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Blake Hedley Ltd, 115 Mains Lane, Little Singleton, Poulton-Le-Fylde, Fy6 7LD.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping your return - Outside UK
Same as above but you must state it is a 'return of goods' we will not be responsible for any import duties as if shipped correctly there is no VAT due.
